The honest verdict
Worth a look if it's your kind of film. An edge-of-your-seat and dark thriller film, best with friends and on your own. El Mariachi plunges headfirst into the dark border underworld when he follows a trail of blood to the last of the infamous Mexican drug lords, Bucho, for an action-packed, bullet-riddled showdown. With the help of his friend and a beautiful bookstore owner, El Mariachi tracks Bucho, takes on his army of desperados, and leaves his own trail of blood.
“Robert Rodriguez's sequel-cum-remake of El Mariachi.”A viewer review
Heads up: some sexual content, a lot of violence, a lot of strong language and some scary scenes.
